Our priority is you. Our packages are tailormade for the individual so we want to get to know what you want to get out of our programs. Below is our application procedure:

1)    Online Application Form

Complete the online application form on our website and upload your CV at the end of the form. Explaining clearly in the application form why you choose to work in the sector you have chosen and what makes you a competitive applicant, most importantly, what you wish to gain from the internship experience and how this fits into your career aspirations.

2)  Telephone Interview

Upon receipt of your application and should you meet the requirements of this programme, we will arrange to have a telephone interview lasting around 30mins with you to assess your competencies and requirements.

We will inform you by email if you are successful and we have arranged a placement within 10 working days of the telephone interview.

3)  Making an Offer

You must confirm to us by email if you wish to proceed, that you  accept the internship placement what we have arranged, a non-refundable deposit of £ 300 by bank transfer is required (please see terms and conditions for further information). By doing so, you will be entering into a binding contract with us. You do have rights to cancel the contract which are set out in our terms and conditions, which we shall send to you by both email and post after we receive your deposit. Until we receive your deposit, there will be no binding contract.

The remaining balance of your programme fees will need to be paid no later than 14 days before your start date. However, please contact us via email should you wish to arrange your payments.

4) Pre-Departure Assistance

Upon receipt of your deposit, we shall email to acknowledge and, if you require assistance with your visa application, we will assist you with your visa application and make other arrangements for your internship programme.

Please note that we shall inform you in which industry you shall be interning, the details of the company and contacts from your internship company will be sent to you in the ‘pre-departure information’ after you confirm us that your visa application to enter China is successful and your flight are booked.

Please therefore advise us as soon as you successfully obtain your visa to enter China, and your flight details so we can proceed to arrange your pre-departure information to help you fully prepare for the coming international internship adventure in China. Please also send us your visa details if your visa application has been rejected.
